All orders ship free within the United States. International shipping is available at checkout through our Reverb storefront.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship the same business day. All orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day of purchase. Each pedal is inspected and tested before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Shipping Method

All pedals ship via the most economical rate available from USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking and insurance included. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for pedals that show wear or are incomplete.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Warranty

All UV Effects pedals come with a 1-year warranty that covers any defects in parts or workmanship. If something goes wrong under normal use, the pedal will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect power supplies, accidental damage, or user modifications.

International Customers: Our 1-year manufacturer warranty is only valid for domestic US customers. For international customers, we provide technical support and can ship replacement parts at cost, but we do not cover international shipping for repairs.

For issues outside the warranty period or not covered by warranty, contact us. We'll do our best to help keep your pedal up and running.
